The Service does NOT:

3. Financial Disclaimer

Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The probability calculations, composite scores, and other metrics provided by the Service are theoretical estimates based on mathematical models and historical volatility, which may not accurately predict actual outcomes.

4. Risk Disclosure

Options trading carries significant financial risk. You may lose your entire investment or more. Before engaging in options trading, you should carefully consider your financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, and level of experience.

Specific risks include but are not limited to:

• Market Risk: Stock prices can move against your position, resulting in losses

For naked put positions specifically, you have an obligation to purchase stock at the strike price if assigned, which could result in substantial losses if the stock price declines significantly. Maximum theoretical loss on a naked put extends to the full strike price (minus premium received) if the stock goes to zero.

5. Data Accuracy and Limitations

Market data provided through the Service is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any data or information provided.

Data limitations include:

• Market data may be delayed by 15-20 minutes or more
• Probability calculations rely on historical volatility and assumptions that may not hold
• Composite scores are subjective metrics based on our proprietary weighting system
• Bid-ask spreads, volume, and open interest data may not reflect current market conditions
• Corporate actions (dividends, splits, earnings) may not be reflected in real-time
• Data feeds may experience technical issues, outages, or interruptions

You are solely responsible for verifying all data with your broker before executing any trades.Always confirm prices, expiration dates, strike prices, and other critical information through your brokerage platform before placing orders.

6. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is less. Since the Service is currently provided free of charge, our maximum liability is limited to $100.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• We are not responsible for your trading decisions or their outcomes
• We are not liable for losses resulting from reliance on Service data or metrics
• We are not responsible for third-party data provider errors or outages
• We are not liable for technical issues, bugs, or service interruptions

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Put Spread Analyzer, its owners, operators, employees, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your trading decisions and their financial consequences
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Service

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, software, code, designs, graphics, logos, and trademarks on the Service are the exclusive property of Put Spread Analyzer or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Market data is sourced from third-party providers (including but not limited to Yahoo Finance and yfinance). We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of third-party data. Use of third-party data may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the data provider.

11. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice or liability. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service without notice.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service and deleting your account through the Service settings. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification provisions.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Put Spread Analyzer regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
